Hi,

Just wondering if anybody has a alternator/charging circuit wiring diagram for a 2016 Vauxhall Vivaro 1.6 non stop start.

VIN: W0L3F7002GV660728

The vehicle has had a new alternator fitted, but the dash is still displaying charging fault. When the fault occurs, it’s charging to just over 14V, when it goes off it drops to around 13.5V. Which from what I believe is what it’s supposed to do (smart alternator).

Just trying to see where the LIN cables go to, so if anybody has access to wiring diagrams I’d love to have a look if possible please.

Thanks.

Antipollution fault showing initially with ambient air temp sensor fault (located in mirror) cleared code and no faults but error still on dash. Customer drove for a few miles and then Nox sensor 2 showed fault so I replaced this with genuine part. Cleared everything and no fault after driving for a few miles, still ok but error still on dash and counting down from 450 miles till no start. Suggested I reprogramme ECU, did this and now shows on dash 0 mile antipollution error. Started a few times and then after approx 5 or 6 times no start now! How do I reset the countdown timer to allow van to start? Can't see anything in online SPS.
Software for reluctant is current so no update available, but was for the engine so that's why I updated that!
Already tried Nox catalyst reset after renewing Nox sensor and all other possible relearn procedures using GDS 2, bit stuck now, any guidance appreciated.

I have a 2011 Opel Insignia diesel with Haldex.
I get a warning that rear axle need service. One year ago i had a similar message, but without DTC. Rear wheel was not driven.
I change oil and replace the filter, than it works very good in one year.
This time i did have DTC, lost communication to some module.
U0121:74 Lost communication with electronic brake control module-Bus signal checksum error., this DTC is located under "Rear differential clutch control module".
If i erase the DTC, the rear wheels are spinning nice in the snow, but as soon as a stop, and re-read, DTC its back. If i erase it, the rear axle is working again.
Did someone have similar problem? Some suggestions?
Best regards.
We are working on this Zafira-B. A previous guy really butchered this car before us. Customer brought it to us to repair the horn/hooter. We found the fuse missing, horn switch wiring disconnected, terminals on china hooter not properly crimped. After repairing all these faults the horn works, just before delivering to the client we took it for a test drive and noticed the horn does not work with the engine running. If I switch off the vehicle it works!
So basically: The horn/hooter does not function once the engine is running. Any Ideas?

I hope every one is ok!
I have Insignia-B 2018 and it had second hand steering rack fitted. The problem is VIN can not be changed.
So far customer has been at the Vauxhall dealer and they failed to program it and told him need new steering rack fitted and program by them.
It has only one fault: VIN not programed and all working fine.
I tried SPS online failed, Original Abrites AVDI failed, clone AVDI/FVDI failed, OP-COM failed, Launch and Autel all failed to do it.
I think only way is to read it and manually change The VIN. I wonder did any body had this problem and how they did it to read it to change the VIN?
Any suggestions welcome!
Thank you!
Vauxhall Zafira Z16XE1 engine with P0400-63 fault EGR circuit range/performance (Open Valve).
With engine running the EGR valve is not being commanded
With Ignition on not running, I can activate EGR & it says it is being commanded to 100% & feedback reads 3.8.

What tells the ECU to command the EGR?
It has had a new EGR fitted & I have also plugged in another EGR to the harness to compare activation etc.
Is it a hard job to replace the seals? I think the coolant enter or leave the engine thru the manifold?

Hi Professionals,

My one of closed friend was asking my help about Geniune OEM Towbar fit into Astra-J 2012. Honestly, I have never done these kind of jobs so I could not help him with value information. I just have an imagine about the process but guys need your help to confirm my idea and if I am wrong, help me out.

So as I think...

To fit Genuine OEM Towbar needs:

- Towbar physically installed in the car
- Towbar/Trailer Control Unit installed in the car
- REC needs to be replaced with other one that has Fuses for Towbar
- As I checked the Wiring, need an extra wire that goes from REC to Towbar Control Unit

About the diagnostic side...

- Towbar/Trailer Control Unit needs to be programmed and configured to the car

And the questions are coming now because something is not clear for me.
Do I have recode the BCM also? About the BCM recode... The car's VIN originally is WITHOUT Towbar so what about now?
Thanks to TIS2WEB, any Control Unit Programming and Coding happening based on the VIN.
Should I grab other VIN from same car just with Towbar installed? Or How exactly?

Thank you very much in advance!

Has anyone got wiring diagram for the roof please?
Roof will not open, wont do nothing there is no chime in the car either.
When pressing any buttons next to interior light windows wont go down either. When pressed next to interior light, but they work on drivers door.
I have the wiring hardness to pieces along side the boot hinge mechanism on left hand side of boot, no wiring damage.
I unplugged the green and blue connector and i still got the fault when i do a re-scan. I'm suspecting ECU at fault.
I see there people on flea bay what know how to test these and fix these, if know would anyone have the info.
