Hello friends,

After swapping a 6G72 3.0 petrol engine on a 2008 Mitsubishi Pajero Montero due to overheating of the former one, while trying to start with ignition ON, i have always constantly and without cranking 4.97V on pin#2 of all the 6 ignition coils coming from ECU 8631A527.
The other pins of the coils are normal (earth on pin#1, 12V on pin#3).
I assumed that the ECU was bad and bought another one (second hand), but the result with it is the same.

Do you thing the both ECU's are bad?
If yes can, do you think them reparable? Which component is usually concern with this kind of issue?
If not, how do I fix this problem?

Hi.

We have a L200 UK specs.
Wanting to know if it possible to swap out the pump speed sensor.
Goes in to limp mode every so often, but it will come out of it hizzy fit and drive normal.
I done an ohms test and you wiggle the wires near to the part and it goes over the ohm limit.
Should be between 136 ohm to 184 ohm, wiggle the wires and it fluctuates and goes over board.
Next part can anyone clarify this? You can give this a minor tap on the part it self and it will send the meter stupid.
The wires are secure from the meter to the plug.
Tried looking for a sensor online but no luck.
We do happen to know where there one of these being possible broken up for parts tho...

Hello mates! Need your help.

Mitsubishi Pajero III 3.5 V6 GDI benzin type, Long 5 doors 2003 year, Manual Transmission.

Problems:

1) Rear Left windows glass not rolling UP/DOWN from driver door, from buttons of the rear left door works well (I think missed wire for door module message sending or somethink like this). I didnt understand what kind or BUS messages system have this vehicle, cause on driver window buttons only 4 wires (ground / voltage and 2 PWM wires like LIN or Jeep PCI bus).

2) Doesnt work Hi BEam light (no indicator in instrument panel), switch changed, no any actions.

3) ON ligts switch 3 posititons - OFF / PARK lamps / Headlights and PARK together.
While switching PARK lamps - NO interior lights on Instrumental Panel, Radio, Buttons (heat seats, rear heater, interior light dimmer). But on display (on board pc) there is power supply when PARK lamp position ON. Looks like on wiring is ground or some fuse broken. Checked ALL fuses - not bkoken. In Headlights and PARK together position - interior lighting also is ON. Interior instrumental panel and buttons light ON in Headlight position only.

4) Washer windshield doesnt work, no power supply.

My brain is broken now. I confused with Asian vehicles...

MITSUBISHI COLT ADAPTATION GEARBOX (SMART FOUR-FOUR)

Hello, arrived a car Colt 1.5 Diesel here in my workshop with adaptation problems of the gearbox, we replace the actuator clutch and we tried to adapt with Star Diagnostic and could not, we go to the parameters and says adaptation not OK, we think that erased anything in the central ECU. We made measurements with oscilloscope and everything OK. Question is whether the box parameters are stored in flash and if we could trade for another file from Smart Four-Four?
The engine and gearbox are equal. We can programm with a file and not to changed the immo? Please someone for help?
Thank you.

Hi all,

I've recently bought a 2011 Lancer (1.6 petrol, 117HP, manual transmission) that has a weird problem: while driving, when shifting gears, when I release the acceleration pedal and engage the clutch pedal, the car revs up on it's own (about +1000rpm). The feeling of this is similar to a lazy acceleration sensor/pedal, like the pedal isn't full released when I engage the clutch.
When I bought it I thought it suffered from a dirty throttle plate/body, and this caused this behavior. So I've properly cleaned the throttle body and plate, but things are unchanged.
I went to the Mitsubishi service and tested the CB for errors, but nothing came up.
Do you guys have any idea what could cause this behavior?

Thanks.
