It can be fuel pressure drop problem, or something with CVVT system?
I have this Hyundai i30 from 2011 year, engine 1.6 CRDi 90hp. The problem is that i have DTC from swirl flap actuator. Mostly there were damaged actuators but not this time. I have 12V on both actuator engine terminals where should be positive and negative from engine ECU. Also when checking feedback signal cable from ECU to actuator GDS instruction says that between this wire and ground should be infinite resistance and i have short to ground. I cut off wire near ECU plug and checked and still short to ground. Also on map sensor I have 1.4 bar still and around 2.2V. Checked another sensor and the same result.
Can it be damaged the Engine ECU?
Please for help i sit with this problem for many days.
Cold value of the resistance for example at 20 degrees C.
Based on the value of that resistance I will be able to look for a used one and mount it and check if the DTC goes off.
