In need of some help desperately if any body can.
My 2018 RHD Transit Connect 1.5 has developed an issue in that the van won’t start.
As soon as I turn the key, it comes up immobilizer active, check handbook.

Scanned it and it comes up with B10D7-87 pats system fault.

I’ve had both keys checked and there fine. I’ve also replaced the immobilizer pick up ring at the ignition and still no joy.
Checked all the fuses. This all seems to have happened since my battery completely died and it’s been replaced for a like for like.

Does anybody have a wiring diagram for the wires coming from the pick up ring back to the BCM? Just want to check there’s no issues with the wires. I’ve had an auto locksmith come out and he’s saying for some reason the BCM isn’t communicating with the pick up ring. He used a device that picks up the coil energizing at the ignition when the key is turned. Said the coil wasn’t energizing for some reason.

Hope somebody can help.
Thanks.

The car has a wiring fault with the front parking lights and I have narrowed the fault down to the fuse box. I need to gain access to the plugs as well.

Hi.
I have trouble with my wife's Ford Focus 2011 1.6 TDCI T1DB regarding hill assist unavailable ect random ABS and traction control light, and loss random of the speedo briefly, but rev counter was fine. So Wurth WoW pointed me to the left wheel speed sensor short to ground, after scan with it, i also had faults relating to offset limits or something along those lines for all 4 injectors, car was running nice though, idling as normal little low on mpg, but otherwise running very well.
I cleared those codes and upon starting the car i get lump idle and slight injector knock now and not sounding as normal. What is the process of relearning the injectors? I once had this trouble a long while back after doing the same type of thing with Forscan, and had to relearn the injectors using IDS whilst driving,
but cannot remember now the process.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Is it done in IDS by going, Powertrain/Service functions/ECM/reset the fuel injector then learned vales and follow a sequence whilst driving following IDS prompts?

Best regards.

I am working on this Ford Focus ST 2.0 2014.
I have an issue with the accelerator pedal, the ECU does not display any actual data movement when the accelerator is depressed.
I will really appreciate if someone can assist with a wiring diagram.
I will post the fault codes tomorrow.

Hi!

I had a 2021 Transit to turn on DRL (USA to Canada conversion), but unfortunately, the usual way I was using with IDS is nowhere to be found in FDRS. (Programmable parameter > Lightning > DRL > Enable) only Automatic configuration was found.

I used ForScan to read configuration from IPC and BCM, but after a few tries, I was nowhere to be close to a good solution.
Headlamp needs to be turned on when in drive (you can't turned them off, illegal) and now it will only activate DRL when lamp switch is in Auto mode.

Someone can help?

Ford Transit Connect
VIN: WF0TXXTTPT8D75921
Engine code R2PA
UK RHD
1.8 Diesel

Hi,
Does anyone know the ohms value of the metering valve and the diesel control valve?
I believe it a Siemens diesel pump. The problem i am getting it's a non start, it was coming up with a cam sensor fault:
P0341 - Camshaft position sensor A circuit range performance bank 1 or signal sensor.
Also getting this fault: P0563 - System voltage high, and P0626 - Generator field terminal circuit high.

I was getting battery voltage on the signal wire of the cam sensor, it was fluctuating from 13.5V to 14.5V, if you unplug the 2x pump wires orange connector and white connector the fault goes away and goes to where it should be. I have even sniped the wire at the ECU multi plug to rule it even tho i done a continuity test, i could find no shorts.

The metering valve ohms reading i'm getting 2.2 Ohms unplugged and the control valve i'm getting 2.5 Ohms unplugged.
Both wires give me battery voltage unplugged, both control wires 1 gives me 3.5V and the other gives me 3.7V, i have unplugged the alternator just in case
i suspect the ECU at fault.

Has anyone got wiring diagram for the diesel fuel pump?

Best regards
