I have problem with Fiat Panda 2004 1.2 IAW 5NF.S5.
In the beginning there were errors from the ignition coils. After replacing it was ok.
After a few days the engine turned off. There was error P0606.
I send ECU to company which fixes the ECU and they said that its look ok and problem is with processor.
I bought a used virgin ECU but the problem is the same. I asked the seller to send a second ECU and the problem is still the same.
Errors in ECM: P0606
Errors in BCM: U1701, U1600, B1022
Errors in TCM: U1701, P0725, P0715, P1810

I checked wires and connectors and grounds but maybe not this that i need.
When the engine stop, I can't connect to the ECU. Only turning the ignition off and on allows me to connect.
When it goes out, a message about high coolant temperature appears for a second and does not show RPM.

Hi to all members!
I have a problem with a Fiat that drives me crazy...
The car is Fiat Doblo 1.6 Multijet 105hp 2014 model with engine code 198A3000.
The customer bought the car with engine problem and he placed a same engine code from an Alfa Romeo.
The car started but it throw a code for timing due to different camshaft sprocket gear and they replaced it with the old one so problem solved.

Then they came to my shop because when you start the car from cold you have no response from throttle pedal like you take the pedal out of the car.
Also idle is a little unstable.
If you wait for something like 10 to 15 seconds you can hear the engine rev up a little and after that you have response from pedal. If you turn off the car and restart same problem for less time and the time drops down on every restart. If the car temperature is above around 40 degrees it is normal.
The car starts fine no delay.
If I start the car with the key while downhill and I let the car gain some speed while I press the clutch when I leave the clutch I have response (no jump-start) like if I rev the engine manually it becomes normal.

Things I have done:
Checked timing: pump one tooth off corrected it.
Check in live data both throttle pedal potentiometers correct.
Check clutch pedal and brake pedal switches correct.
Blanked off EGR valve same problem.
Replaced SCV valve on pump same problem.
Replaced fuel pump from the old engine after I checked it at pump shop same problem.
Replaced injectors from the old engine also checked still the same.
Replaced rail pressure sensor still same.
Check MAF ok unplug MAF same.
Checked almost any live data like Map, EGR position, coolant temperature, throttle actuator, nothing seems strange, except that when I start the car with the issue present the target fuel rail pressure sits at 250 bar also the actual but then the target goes to 300 and then everything goes to normal.
Also no fault code and performance is ok...

Sorry for so long posting.
Thanks!

Hello to all Auto-professionals!!!
As the title mentions I want to open this topic in order to gather information about the issue of the alarm fitted in Fiat vehicles like the 500 and the Ducato.
Particularly Delphi systems (til now I'm only aware of this two don't know if there are more with the same issue).
The thing is that in AKL scenario when you want to produce the key (if the costumer activated the alarm system and that's almost the 95% of the times) you open the vehicle and the alarm triggers in that very moment the BSI is locked not allowing you to have any comms via OBD II, the solution provided by the dealer is to change the whole thing (new BSI).
(Apparently the info goes into a encrypted state making it not readable through OBD II).
So the question is: Is there any solution to avoid that scenario? (To not trigger the alarm when we pop-up the lock) or even with the BSI in locked state is any way to sort this out? Lets say through Microcontroller reading?

Best Regards.

Rear sensors not working (parking help fault on dash). This comes on before you select reverse.
On the plug at the parking control module.
I have perm 12V and ground.
White CAN wire shows 4.5 V.
Blue CAN wire only showing 0.8 V.
Anyone had this before? I've traced wire back as closest to BCM has possible, and its showing same voltage.
Can I swap them using the injection system from the first one? Everything else on the engine looks the same.

I have just been out to pick up this car with a no starting fault, car unlocked and ignition came on but failed to crank at all! I checked the battery voltage only 8 volts which then fell to 7 volts and before I could push the car into a position to bump it the voltage has completely shut down, everywhere no hazards or locking or anything. This had occurred before I removed the battery and now I have renewed the battery and I still have the same problem I cannot connect a scanner because DLC is dead. Is there any kind of reset I can try to activate the BCM or is it possible the BCM has failed?
