Hello everyone!

I have a new problem on my Alfa 147 1.600 TS 105HP with LPG.

The last days of April, probably due to a blow outlet under the car, I replaced the exhaust manifold, which had yarn in several points.

Recently the car has another problem... In addition to being very lazy in climbing speed, fourth and fifth hard to rise above 3500 rpm... straight on the road and in the plan does not go beyond the 110/120 times in fifth! Even keeping the gas pedal completely crushed and along some kilometers anything, remains stationary at that speed. I tried both LPG and gasoline and the situation does not change, I also tried to disconnect the battery and turning only gasoline but nothing, the situation remains unchanged.

It turned on the engine failure warning light, and there placed under the screenshot of the error.

What can it be? I tried changing the lambda probe, the one that is immediately below the exhaust manifold and reset the unit in error, thinking depended on it but nothing.

As always, thanks in advance for answers.

When pulling the connector for the sensor the code changes to short to bat + or open circuit.
I have measured the circuit and there is no connection to earth from signal wire and sensor gives out pulses.
I have even tried to change the sensor to a new just to check and no difference.
I am using Bosch KTS Esitronic 2.0 for reading DTC.
There is no live reading for cam sensor only rpm and that shows right rpm.
Anyone had this problem before?
Is it the ECU?
Maybe Bosch misreading DTC?
Car sometimes start and sometimes not but smells fuel, overfueling like its supposed to if the cam sensor is broken.
Thankful for help or ideas.

Hello people.
Please for help about starting issue on Alfa Romeo 147 1.9 JTD engine 937A2000!

First start is always perfect.
But sometimes, very often these days, second or third start is a nightmare!
Glow Stage works well, starter runs the engine with proper revolutions, no errors on dashboard or diagnostics, rpm sensor and camshaft sensor works great, fuel pressure is above 250 bar, no leaks from injector return!

Please watch the video I have found, just same as my symptoms, at second 50 its just exactly as in me!

Checked all wires, plus, ground, changed new crankshaft sensor, new starter motor, new battery 60ah 320 A starting current, new EGR valve, and at least new crankshaft flywheel, because it became damaged by these fookin vibrations that seems engine is running and stops every half of second!

I do hope some of you faced the same of this trouble and give me advice what to do further!

Nice day to all of you!

Hi Members!
I have a problem. A customer brought a 07.2009 Alfa Mito 1.6 JTD VIN: ZAR95500001054195. Since the dealer tried to fix some electrical problems, the A/C stopped working as the customer picked up the car. He don't want to go to the Alfisti's now again, since he was waiting and paying three weeks for nothing.
I have seen a lot of horrible cut and crimping stuff under the dashboard wiring. The A/C system scan shows no fault, i tried it with several systems. With activating the A/C compressor via component test nothing happens no clicking or compressor movement. So i checked the amount of R134a and it was at 310grams. My database told me 410-490g, i filled up 480gr. Nothing again also no fault code. The fuse of the A/C system is good.
So please if someone in here can provide the electrical wiring for the A/C also the correct filling of the system would be of very much help. I do need the A/C relay location and pressure switch wiring also. I searched the web couldn`t find any information. I have some eLearn available but not for this car.
I appreciate your help very much!

Hello everyone,
I'm having hard time figuring out why my Alfa 156 JTD won't connect to Engine ECU. I definetly have correct drivers and all interfaces work ok (tested on other cars).

I guess the problem is I'm not getting signal from ECU. Pin 7 in OBD connector is connected to pin 48 in ECU, but I don't get any voltage on pin 7. Should there be any?
What else can I check, anyone had similar problems connecting to their car's and found a solution?

Meanwhile, other computers connect fine (airbag, climate...).
So my question is, what can I check to see if some other connection is broken? Could there be a problem with ECU itself?

Thanks!

My Alfa 156 has got a problem...

Petrol gets in the motor oil loop. We first thought that the cause would be the fact that most of the time we only drive short distances.

We have replaced the oil and drove longer distances - after 200 - 300 kilometers I had to notice that the motor oil was already mixed up with petrol again.

Therefore we checked the motor compression which is okay - so the compression rings and the valves should not be the problem cause.

Now I checked the ignition. It seems that the ignition coils could be the root cause. I have ordered new ignition coils which should arrive next week.

Is there anything else that could cause my problem?
