Let's hope it will works for a long time, since is the known problem of the VAG Mechatronic gearboxes.

Bridge the corroded pin to an unused one on the ribbon cable/tape in the transmission and use a non standard unused cavity when wiring the plug.
Don't forget to change the coolant solenoid and plug too!
If you fully solder the wire repair to the solenoid, the next time it leaks it will not cause the corrosion problems because the coolant will leak out instead of contaminating the loom and connectors.[/hide]

Is here somebody who can transfer all parts prices from ETKA to a usefull database?
I need that to update my invoice program. As an interdependent car repair service for all VAG cars it would be usefull.

For example: 071115562c =.... Euro. (Depending on country what is selected to make CSV).
Now I need to search every price separately from ETKA to make invoice.
With the use of a database in CSV format (for example) I can put it in my invoice program and move on much faster.
The country code is already in update from ETKA.

Include the License plate number, VIN and mileage.
This toolbox can also be adjusted to fit your own special tools and links.
Edit the "vcdsscan.ini" file to fit your needs.

I tried for the life of me using ODIS while I was Online and could not alter long coding for the tow hitch. I gave up in the end.

My question is, next time anyone has the need to do this final little bit of coding using ODIS, can someone do a video tutorial so I can see what I was doing wrong?

Now the download is for the old version VAG Engine & Transmission Codes 14-05-2015. I know its old by computer standards but I've posted this on a few forums and there haven't been a lot of users wanting it. You can save all PDF files from 05/2015 with this app.

All versions I've made of this app you can search for any make, date, model or anything shown column headers in both Engine & Transmission codes.

The new version you can right-click on any item and copy the info to the Windows clipboard to paste in a file or forum.

If anyone want the new app please let me know.
