So I went at it. Let off the Electric Park Brakes (ESP), removed the caliper, then took the motor off the caliper. Were the motor shaft goes into the caliper I took a torx tx 40 and turning it fully clockwise rewound the Mechanism inside the caliper. Then I was able to push back the brake piston. Reassembled the motor to the caliper, put in new pads and put caliper back in place and job done. Just thought id put that out there that Hyundai with EPB rear pads can be done WITHOUT any scan tool to rewind the EPB motor. I also know BMW can be done the same way.

It is about Web Parts Catalog (WPC) of Hyundai Mobis. Mobis is the manufacturer of genuine Hyundai and Kia Group parts.

Because i think that is much better and more easy in usage, i am posting it to AP!!

Unfortunately the ID and the PW work only with Hyudai Models!
