Can anyone help me out here or give me any advice. In THIS thread you can see Im having a problem with a Ford Explorer, Ive managed to get everything sorted and all I need now is the 4 digit pin code so I program the replacment fob and finally get this vehicle running, on the TSB for this vehicle it says:

1. Check the vehicle keeper's identity (registration document, driving licence, etc. )

2. Make a note of the immobilization system module serial number (behind the rear left side trim in the luggage compartment).

3. Telephone the Technical Hotline, requesting that the security code request form be faxed to you.

4. Fax the completed form back to the Technical Hotline (immobilization system module serial number, vehicle identification number, vehicle keeper's details).

5. The Technical Hotline will send back the security code

The owner spoke with Fords with all the details needed and they will not give him the pin code, why the f00k not, its his vehicle, they also say they cant program the remote the only thing they can do is fit a new immo module that will come with a new remote, what a joke, this vehicle is from 1996 and worth about 3 quid, Fords want over a grand for this when all I need is the code

Thanks
