I had a terrible experience with PSA Service Box/Stellantis bureaucracy while migrating my account from PSA to Stellantis. But the most painful part was downloading the software.

It seems like their database is hosted on a Commodore 64 using cassette tapes. It took me half a day to download the Diagbox setup file. The download starts and stops after 10–20 megabytes, and you have to wait a few minutes until your browser shows a download error. Then you can click “Retry,” and so on…

Guantanamo Bay started to feel like a nice vacation compared to that experience. I had plenty of time to think about that trauma between electric shock treatments and waterboarding, so I decided that no one should ever have to go through that level of pain and frustration.

Behold: an absolutely clean version of PSA Diagbox software for independent workshops — for diagnostics, online software updates, telecoding, and even a bit of “fortune telling.”

Tested with Texa Navigator TXT and VXDIAG SE in J2534 Passthru mode.

Fun fact:
After migrating your PSA account to Stellantis, you need to use your Stellantis credentials when logging into the Diagbox software.
Why do I mention this?
You can still log in with PSA credentials, and the software will perform the initial global test of the vehicle. However, after that, you won’t be able to access options like “Repair” or “Fault Finding.” If you log in with Stellantis credentials, everything works normally.

Tested by my self, is the Diagbox 7.83 on VM.
You will also find in the folder virtual machine full, i have renamed the folder the other reasons.
It download file comes in at around 16GB but once unpacked around 45GB in size.
It is platform on Windows XP. I have it running on my system in an original Windows 10 laptop with i5 8th with SSD and it runs it nice.
I did not make the installation up, just i found it and i share it here as i found it.

If the system tells you that it does not recognize the card,
Go to "Setup", then press both buttons 1 +2 +3 to access the hidden menu. Enter "Settings", then "System Reset (Reboot)". The system reboots and the map appears on the screen.

2. Un-Pack it ANYWHERE you like
3. Manage to have installed ANY VMWare Player or VMWare Workstation from V7.0 & ABOVE!
4. Boot the VM
5. Read 1st of all the Instructions in your Guest Desktop (inside of the VM)
6. Execute with ATTENTION Step-By-Step them please
