Can someone give me the pinout to read this Volvo CEM R5F64525 device?

But from observation the PCB are just not the same.
Here attached is the PCB of Volvo XC60 CEM Part number 31384931 and I expect to read it with Orange 5.

I have this car coming in which can randomly cut out whilst driving only every 2 or 3 months but customer now too scared to drive it, several others have looked at it and have found no fault. I know this model had a software issue and recall for this problem in its early days but I would of expected this to have been done by now! Does anyone know how I can easily check this?

I have a Volvo S40 2004 2.0T (first generation) import from Sweden and cooling fan starts straight after the first start up.
The cooling fan usually won't stop until you turn off the engine. With ignition on also keeps working.

This cooling fan/cooling fan mode is used for cooling A/C condenser because:
1) If I remove the A/C condenser cooling fan relay the fan stops. If remove the other relays for coolant blower motors nothing happens!
2) Using Autocom and outpout tests from ECU the 1st and 2nd coolant blower fan modes are different/faster.

What I have done and problem persists:
1) I have replace refrigerant pressure sensor with a Berh/Hella one because removing the plug the cooling fan stopped and I thought the sensor was faulty.
2) I have swapped the condenser cooling fan relay with 1st coolant blower motor relay which are the same.
3) I have unplugged/removed Climate Control (CCM) and the A/C relay.
4) I have replace engine temperature sensor with an aftermarket one because previously I have a fault for wrong signal from the old one. No fault code now. Coolant temperature readings are OK.
5) A/C works fine and both pressures are OK. Refrigerant quantity is what Volvo says.

What I haven't tested yet is to remove the refrigerant and see if the fan still works.

It looks like the ECU sends wrong command to condenser fan relay but why this stops if I remove the refrigerant pressure sensor.

It is 1.6 PSA engine used in Ford, Mazda, etc. Only found under Ford reads codes but fails to change. Wurth WoW has option but select ALL ok and no option to code injector. Vida need software upload from dealer. Autologic when select injector adaptation after screen with the injectors and blank coding.
Is a visit to the dealers only will sort this?

I can say this is not EGR problem. This car's EGR works like a brand new! I was checking the Live Data's also, I saw the difference just I do not understand why.
Even the Turbocharger was checked by me and Aftermarket Turbo Specialist.
Before I create this Thread, I really was checking everything, so I think so this fault will be a very strange, rare issue.

You need to know, before this DTC, I had more few DTC's, but these never were come back.

They were:
- P023600 Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance
- P004900 Turbocharger/Supercharger Turbine overspeed
- P048397 Fan Performance - Component Failures - Component or System Operation Obstructed

They were in the past, and never were come back.

I have new key less remote fob which is same as key that you slot into the key slot and press start and car start.
Now I have this car remote new to program but I don't know which application to buy to enable the remote work.
I bought one application call master key application but it was not able to program the remote side, only the key side program and start car but the remote is not working and did not program, I may made a mistake some where cos I was expecting the key application to asked me for serial number of the key container plastic but did not, just ask me to inset the key while the count down counts and later says it has program the key but the remote does not work.

Please someone with experience help me.
