I have problem with 2.2 2AD FTV. When i crank IT he need about 10-15s to start and he got lot of shake before he start up. When I start IT and press acceleration pedal he dosen't rise RPM about 10s after that he slowly rise RPM until 1200-1400 and he stops on several seconds and after that he rise on 3000 RPM and stop there with shaking. Must add on everything that car smoke a looooot. Until now I try to change ALL original from Toyota, 4 new injectors, SCV valve, diesel filter, check timing, replace NEW ECU, Catalytic converter removed. I need any help or solution. Rail pressure is good, pump always matches the target fuel rail pressure. I do notice that the rail pressure runs quite high around 550 bar. I assume the ECU is doing this so the car does not switch off.
I have wasted so much of money and time on this car! Any suggestions will help.

Missfire on cylinder 4, got spark & injector firing until ECU shuts off injector due to sensing missfire.

Done so far:
New plugs
New coil
New injector
Compression test (All good)
Cylinder leak off test (All cylinders roughly same)
Donner ECU
Wiring checked back to ECU
Cam lobes checked (No wear)

Any help or ideas where to go next much appreciated.

Please i have big problem with a 2012 Land Cruiser engine V8 1GRFE 4000CC with smart key.
After boosting the bad battery with a second battery the car started and I moved it from a parking place to another.
One week later when I try to start the car again I have a "!" sign with a key on the dash and no ignition, and no way to start.
I have boosted the battery with a second battery again, changed the weak battery with a good on but again no way, still no ignition.
I have changed the battery inside the smart key also, but no way, I still have no ignition and no way to start the car.
I have checked the fuses, and they are all good.

How can I solve this issue please?

Next I program and started the car and lock it via fob. I took that fob and unlock it so virgin state.
Went to the car and was able to open it via remote fob, try to start the car via proxy, did not work, BUT IT DID START! Via touch fob to button.
Learn that unlock a Toyota fob only controls the proxy side.

I have brief checked it last week and it has battery drain concerned with the DOME fuse in engine compartment.
It powers up all the interior lighting, dash, clock, A/C and central locking.
I couldn't trace it last week so I will check it tomorrow.
Does anyone have an idea where I should look for the problem, cause I do not want to strip the entire interior.
I couldn't find wiring for this DOME fuse and which components are connected to it.
All interior lights are working fine and they are off when the doors are closed.
Any ideas are welcome.
