Small dealer towed in Saab 9-3 2008 without the keys, steering is locked. I don't have Tech2 but have GM MDI and downloading now Saab GlobalTIS.
My question is: GlobalTIS & used key will fix the problem & be able to program or I need Tech2 & new key?
Since steering is locked I'm not able to remove CIM.
Any suggestion welcome. Local locksmith asking too much money for it and asking to remove CIM first.

What do you suggest guys and anyone come across this one before?

This Saab crank aright but wont start, injectors pulse is good, fire on the coil too is good but car wont start.

Now when i open the throttle hose and put in petrol, it start but it give hard start before it start alright...

Now the immo light is also OFF, upon key turn on...

I don't know i am suspecting gasket but where i become nummed at is when you put in fuel through the throttle it start but this start you need to crank it several times before it start... timing is alright as well...

When fuel is passthru the throttle and it start, when you check pressure for fuel line, it is active and controls to flow, injector pulses are normal but as soon as the fuel finished from the intake it goes off... now when it start as well it shakes.]]>
